How do I sell something?: Our step-by-step guide shows how to post a listing with photos, a price and your location. How to sell
How do I buy safely?: Message the seller in the app, meet in a busy public place in daylight, check the item before you pay, and never send money in advance. Buy safely
Does Hatiwal handle payments or delivery?: No. Hatiwal has no online payments and no delivery: buyer and seller agree in the chat, meet, and pay in person.
How do I report a listing or a person?: Open the listing and tap Report, or open the person's profile or your chat with them and tap Report user. Our team reviews reports.
How do I delete my account?: In the app: Me → Privacy & account → Delete account. You can also ask for it here: Delete account
